The film, called Taking Liberties is directed by Chris Atkins who co-produced the award winning Sixteen Years of Alcohol made by ex-Skids man Richard Jobson.
There's also a co-production credit for Kurt Engfehr, a long-time Michael Moore collaborator who worked on both Bowling For Columbine and Farenheit 9/11.
