If you want to hear this with the audio properly synced (it's ~250-350ms off), download the FLV (I used Fast Video Download for Firefox), then open it in VLC, and hit Ctrl+L 4 to 6 times to shift the audio into range. It's more fun watching their movements match with the sound.
