I really disagree with you there, "My December" isnt rock music! Its Pop/Rock, just like "Breakaway" was and that sold 12 million copies world wide. Yes the songs are more emotional on "My December" but its not rock!

Breakaway was rock/pop....her vocals were shouty and rocky...completely out of her style....she still sold albums,I bought one of them as she has a great voice...My December wasn't big seller though....But her vocals on that track and the duet with Martina McBride were miles better and more suitable to her true voice...thats all...just an opinion...
