He explains that what makes Spetsnaz is it's ruthless behaivor towards himself. You must be capable to take damage and clean it up, even in combat. He showed that the Spetsnaz follows any order. He also nearly choked himself by pulled 2 guys who had a rope around his neck. He pulled for 20 secs, until he couldn't see. He saw it as a failure not to be more ruthless towards himself.
