Tarja is a microphone voice, opera is a world she can step at the very gates but never enter, she lacks color, projection and feeling, she can never be compared to the real divas, such as Cecilia Bartoli(a demigodess), Kirsten Flagstad, Kiri Te Kanawa, Joan Sutherland, Leontyne Price,Callas, Tebaldi, just to mention a few. coldblank1 I guess tarja is the only female singer u ever listened to, first classically trained doesn't mean good for opera, second Sara Brightman already made that crossover years ago(and I like her better), third if u can't memorize such a short piece, so repetitive through centuries, and so damn popular as the Schubert's Ave Maria then don't even dream about sing an opera wich will be at least an hour and a half long.
