Is your Goal to lose weight, or to just be Heathly ?
For Cardio, the minimum I recommend is 30 minutes for 3 times a week.
Losing weight you may want to do more and at a more intense level as well.
3 to 5 times a week at 45mins works great for fat burning.

These exercises are great for working on muscle when one lacks the money or time to go to a gym. I think it supplements a cardio workout quite well! But people should remember, if you really want results in any body part, you have to lose the weight through Cardio. I highly recommend people find hobbies or sports that engage one physically, like tennis, ultimate, canoing, etc. Once you find enjoyment in a physical activity, you're much more likely to stick with it on a longterm basis.

thanks tammy ,i am using water bottle of 1 litre instead of dumpbells,it really works very well .I am doing regularly everyday 1 hour all the exercises.My hand muscle have got tighten and i can feel the difference in 1 month.Thanks once again for ur simple exercise which have saved my money and time from going to gym.
