I wasn't talking about what they would do the next season. I was talking about the washout season they were in. Good teams dreaded playing the flyers no matter how terrible they were because all teams knew going in was that Eager, Cote and Company were going to beat on them for the rest of that season. The flyers (except for last season) have always looked good on paper. Barring injuries, they look like a deep playoff team for 07-08.

and dont forget, all the experts were talkin about how good we looked twords the end of the season, after moving forsberg we got alot of good young talent, Biron came in and was amazing and we played playoff caliber hockey toward the end of the season, you add that to what we did in the offseason and i'd say we have more than a good chance for a run at the cup (plus if nitty is healthy and playing to potential, thats an olympic caliber goaltender to go along with marty)
