NOW IN THIS COMMERICAL WHY COULDNT THEY HAVE MORE OF A DIVERSE AUDIENCE SPEAKING ABOUT THE COMMERCIAL...ONE ASIAN AND LIKE 3 BLACKS DONT MAKE IT DIVERSE ENOUGH...MOST WHITES HAVENT EVEN HEARD OF THE COLOR PURPLE UNTIL IT CAME TO BROADWAY WITH OPRAHS NAME ON IT OF COURSE!!....BUT I DO ENJOY THE CAST AND THE SONGS...THE SHOW IS GREAT!!

It looks great, but one of my pet peeves is when people try to copy lines and can't just think about them, imbibe them, and keep them to theirselves and the show (1:42-1:57), especially that family at 1:50 that has to get all the words in order but doesn't realize the meaning

the color purple is such a powerful, soulful, and heart felt show. i loved the score, don't get me wrong, but i favored about only 6 out of 28 total. Really really good!
