I listen more than play but this is coming on cd. I inherited some decks and stuff but I've always been more into listening. I've also just got Ableton. Probably would have been wiser to buy the ep and record through Ableton but the decks always seem to be an afterthought, like they're not really mine.
I usually only buy things on vinyl that don't come digital or on cd.

I'm not an expert at all but it seems to be a personal decision.
I don't think vinyl is ever going to die out and I personally think it's more of a skill and more impressive to see someone using decks, plus a vinyl collection is a beautiful thing, but does it really matter? The music and how you mix it is the most important thing.
If money is an issue then it would be much cheaper to get set-up digitally, digital music and software cost little whilst vinyl is a money pit.

I think i'm going for a vinyl set, money isn't really an issue. Ik think vinyl makes is more special to the listeners as well as for the dj himself!

I agree, vinyl is definitely more special and if the DJ is playing vinyl then you know he isn't going to be playing MP3 or tunes he's downloaded from a file-sharing site, music should be played out in its highest quality, MP3 should be banned.
Keep posting the quality music, I've just made a playlist and it has five of your tracks in it.

I use beatport as well and Discogs (amongst others) for the hard to find vinyl. Going to put some of my vinyl up soon, just trying to get it sounding as crisp as possible.
White label vinyl makes me smile.
