Was indeed Dale Gordon. Dale banged in a few goals for us and will always be fondly remembered by the Rangers support. McCoists goal at Elland Road was a classic counter attack goal. Always had a soft spot for Leeds after the Battle of Britain. Hope you get back up to where you belong.

Leeds were some side then,they are far too big a club tae be where they are now.They will be back tae kick arse, Man U are the perfect example. Fuck pretty football, LUFC need results and a manager that can realise that,they were in the CL semis 6 year ago. Big Vinnie could rile the players and bring out the legendary Leeds fightin spirit, dizny need to look good coz wen yir back in the p/ship, every player in Europe's a potential target. I'm a Rangers die-hard, but it says a lot for the Leeds fans that they clapped Rangers off the pitch that night. Leeds are a great club. The sooner they are back in the Premiership the better.

i was only 9 years old when we played leeds but i can remember it as if it was yesterday. i remember absolutely shitin maself coz leeds had a great team back then, but we were the better team and deserved to go through and the feelin will last with me till the day i die it wiz amazin. goram, gough, hately and mcoist were unbelievable and i hope rangers produce players like that in years to come.
respect to leeds, get back where you belong and fuck those man utd bastards!
