Dave did a week in LA in the mid-90s. I have it somewhere in my archives but can't seem to find it right now. He also had fun with Florence Henderson and Johnny Carson made a special appearance: entered to tumultuous applause, very slow stage walk, sat in Dave's chair, left without saying a word.
