Well, I wonder why japanese girls consider western boys handsome and good-looking. XD I think it's a question of taste and perception. A lot of people think a slight feminine touch is beautiful on men. Western men do not have this touch often. In opposite to japanese guys, western guys look more male, angular and tough. And, of course, Japanese guys look just exotic for western people.
But please don't forget that I'm talking about my point of view and that from others I personally know.^^
