Some of you will recognize such illustrious photographers as George Hurrell, Clarence Sinclair Bull, and Virgil Apger among the portraits here. The music is a Cole Porter Medley by Paul Whiteman and his Concert Orchestra from 1933 that was originally released on a "concert record" on 12" 78 rpm format. Thanks to nedsparks for the following info: "This was recorded February 2, 1933. Harry "Goldie" Goldfield is the featured trumpeter. Here are the singers: What Is This Thing Called Love: The Pickens Sisters (Patti, Helen & Jane)/ You've Got That Thing: The Rollickers/You Do Something To Me: Ramona." These large size high quality images were restored by me and Max and are available on Dr. Macro's Annex page for Harlow for free: http://www.doctormacro.info. There are many others I haven't used in this slideshow. Some haven't gotten there yet but will get there eventually.
