Cracking effort, I commend you on a terrific efort. I done just under 3,000 unaided sit-ups back in 1999 which is still an unofficial WR as unfortunately it was a charity challenge and there was no video footage at the time to forward onto Guinness. I'm now in the process of hopefully going for
a Press-Ups record. I'll keep you all informed over time... Ged
Forgot to mention, the 2,908 was done in One Hour.. Best Regards Ged
When I done the 2,908 in One Hour back in 1999, I got docked 110 for not coming up to the knees enough with the chest. My knees were bent at all times. Watching the video and especially the amount he done, i'm surprised he hasn't ended up crippled with damaged vertebrae, I put two of mine out af
ter my attempt which my Sports Therapist had to realign. As long as the hands are concerned, it doesn't really matter as long as it constitutes a full sit-up!! Cheers,Ged.
