Yes she can sing and she has always been able to sing...you just dont wake up one day and have vocals. She did her rap thing it pushed her out into the masses.....she acts....produces......and now she is in her 40's which is a wonderful time TO MAKE GROWN FOLKS MUSIC. Now if some of her peers would follow her example of GROWING UP AND LEAVING THE CRAZY HIP HOP LIFE to the yonger folks...maybe they would be better examples.

Man, I been sleeping on this album, but this presentation just woke this sleepy head up, fo' really. Loved all the songs, but, the Trav'lin' Light song is that one! Really diggin that one. And, as for her being a singer, she surprise the heck out of me.
