girls walk out happily after looking at the REAL signatures of their fave band. So why had she got a duff? She decided to do something about it. This wasn't just any mess up. It was worse than hair in your coffee or your mum ordering the wrong cake for your 5th birthday party. So she pulled out the
receipt out of her back pocket and started to dial the 'if your purchase was unsatisfactory call this number' number. Denise had gone to help Janice move some paper work and Janice had trusted Nick with keeping everything in order back at base, which meant he had to sit around and answer the phone
