If you mean have they had names on players jerseys for First Grade football, yes they have. The Storm did it a few years ago. They don;t tend to do it for two reasons. The first was that is cost a lot to make so many jerseys for each individual player name, and then positional swap. Now days its tough to do because thats good space a sponsorship can be sold on.
