I always feel like im gonna die after i eat...Because my meal after workout looks like this. 0,5 liters of water + 35g of whey protein powder + 70g glucose. I drink that emidiatly after the workout, and that fills me up to the point when i think im gonna explode. And then in half an hour i have another meal, usually 250g of tuna +whole grain bread + rice + fruit salad. And i have 4-5 meals like that during the day...ugh, makes me sick when i think of food, but the muscles grow fast.

One thing you guys need to remember is that it takes the human body about 30 minutes after eating something to actually FEEL full - That's why some people overeat, because they still feel somewhat hungry. Because of that, you need to eat slowly and actually savor your food!
