Video is worthless until 4:00 mark. At 4:00 mark, video shows Lohan's Mercedes after it was driven into a tree. At 4:15, Lohan is seen running away hurt from the heavily damaged car. Beverly Hills have issued a citation for driving under the influence and ordered her to appear in court.

RE: Captainwhitt- I'm sorry I wasn't aware I do the "same exact shit". I've never gotten a DUI or DWI, I've never been under the influence of anything while driving. Anyone who is caught driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol should have to face the consequences. The endanger themselves and everyone else when they do.

The reason why people tend to be harder on celebrities is because they're role models for children. I'm not saying they have to be perfect but really when you have millions sitting in the bank, why do you have drive yourself somewhere after drinking/doing drugs? They have more than enough money to hire a damn limo let alone a cab. There is rarely middle ground when it comes to this, there are those that are to hard on them, and those like you that are to easy on them, why?

Because they are celebrities. You wouldn't be outraged to hear the average go got 45 days in jail for what Paris did, why? Because you don't feel you know them, and well hey they're the average joe who cares if they're not on tv to entertain. Paris deserved what she got and I only hope Lindsay gets it to. I'm not saying it's right for cameras to be following her, but she knew it came along with the job.

I mean she should just be glad no one was walking on that sidewalk, or that she is not dead. DUI kill well over 10 times more people every year then died in 9/11. It responsible for well over half of all car crashes. Just see what Europe does to people who DUI, then come back and wine that United States laws are too harsh.

Paris did not goto jail for her DUI. She went to jail cause she violating her parole and showed no remorse before the court. I don't know what state you live in, but in my state if you violate parole, you goto directly to jail, do not collect 200 dollars. Furthermore, if anyone of us did what her mother did in the courtroom , we would be held in contempt and given a few days to think it over.

seriously, have some compassion for the poor girl. shes been virtually working since age 3 or something, her mother goes out and encourages this partying lifestyle. Her fathers in jail too. Yeah i know she is supposed to be a role model, but shes had a lot of crap put on her by papparazzi and gossip magazines. we should all hope that she learns from this mistake, and stops her lifestyle.
