Emotion doesn't override a criminal act. Whether its a male or a female, it's a criminal offense punishable by jail time. I simply disagree with Abrams on this.

90% are men, PERIOD, or 90% the teacher-student cases? If I look up cases concerning sex with teachers most headlines I can find on women. Besides, I believe due to society, people are just softer with women,so they can get away easier.If a man started crying and pleading for forgiveness, how do you think people would react? I'd like to know the bias on this. And I really think they should get the same punishment, whether or not they can pull off a better excuse than their male counterparts.

i was sexually abused by my own father at 5 years old. i mean adults should have the sense to stop themselves ans sek help if they think they have a problem with sexual attraction to children.

mthere is a stronger judgement on men. If they touch, sometimes even look or approach a youth wrong, they are prosecuted, whereas women in equal cases are not. I believe if we really did treat both sexes equal we would find most sexual offenses are caused by women, its only most cases are not reported or even looked as a problem. all in all equallity is important.
