I love how people continually say "The Yankees suck" when describing New York, as if the whole validity of the city depends on the success of its baseball team. And the Giants just won the Super Bowl, so everyone who said they suck look like idiots. New York is great. The sights, the beauty, the food, the experience. Everything.
You're all saying this as if New York is the only place where fake people live. People like that are everywhere. In every city, in every state.

I grew up in NYC and spent 35 yrs there until i moved to houston, texas. I miss the New york's straight forward honesty whether i agree or not. Plus,too much racism outside of NY. I'm not saying some new yorkers are not racist/sexist, etc but it's so much more outside of NY

Great song, Still lovin' REM. I think Accelerate shows that they are back in a "Rock" sense. I know this is on Around the Sun (which I haven't listened to) but I heard low reviews on it. Although I think Accerelrate is too short of an album, it still has some great short tunes on the album.
