You have some great instructional stuff for whip enthusiasts like myself. However, I'd like to see more crack styles with short and long handled bullwhips, rather than a stock whips.

I was originally going to do all this stuff with a bullwhip, but I don't have a nylon bullwhip and I didn't want to get my leather bullwhips wet in the wet snow (it was a warm day) If it's freezing tomorrow I'll try to make some more videos with a bullwhip. Anyway, I think the explanation is clear enough that you should be able to figure out the move with whatever whip you're using.

I tried the tasmanian with my 8 foot Terry Jacka with little luck. I had a hard time keeping distance between myself and the whip. Bascially, the whip kept wrapping itself around me rather than cracking. I'll keep watching your video and then running outside to copy, but is it more difficult with a bull?

I had an alright time trying this with my bullwhip (8 feet as well). The Tasmanian cutback I did fine with - this one I think is more difficult. I have a video where I do the Tasmanian cutback with a bullwhip - it's not as well done as Adam's of course but maybe I do it differently and you can see something. If you just keep messing with it, you should be able to get it. I've done both those cracks (Tas / Singleton) with the bullwhip. It just takes some time.

Finally got it. Ironically, I had to use my "weak" arm to get it right! Anyway, I'm just happy I can do it now. Also, nice video you have there at indymcfly
