I lost 28 lbs in my first month I thought was great but than after a few more months without the target shakes (I dont want to take the same thing for the rest of my life) I start to get everything back.....and the vitamins were not working because they have something that is for weight loss and I dont want to lose more.....so what to do when one only want to take supplements, do they need to lose weight if they dont want?....no good for long term life style.
