Try this. Char creation: Str 3, Dex 4, Firearms 5 (hvy pistol) & Gunslinger merit. Then get two heavy pistols and voila. 26 attack dice per round, without the use of willpower etc. Yeah, a beginner character can roll 26 attack dice per round, lethal damage. Take that mr werewolf.
I think the combat system is very badly broken, but i do love the setting and the theme.

I've got the core book, but can anybody tell me if you absolutely have to fill out all your merit spots, or if you can leave some points free? I find it very difficult making a 12/7/5 or whatever merit point set up conform to a logical character sheet.

Its helped a lot more. Even tought you sometimes talks a bit fast for a non normal-english-talking-person. Cut you maby come with more eksampels for the game. Like when you play it or stuff like that?

Hm. Not a bad review. I do agree that the combat rules need to be tweaked a little better, but most house rules ought to deal with that. It's also worth noting that the system, aside from a dark horror world, also works fairly well for more pulp-style games, as well.

Screw justification. This is a game system where they expect people to spend willpower to make their fists lethal when they could just keep a knife with them. You don't need to justify things.
