By far my favorite Mafia movie. A romantic character, a lone wolf fighting a losing battle against the rotten-to-the-core system, corrupt politicians and businessmen signing the pact with the devil, and a somber soundtrack that was inducing a sense of hopelessness and resignation, that nothing can be changed... Absolutely brilliant!

Credo che la Piovra, nonstante sia stato un film tv, sia un capitolo importante per il cinema e la tv italiana. Grande interpretazione di Michele Placide, ottima colonna sonora e una trama classica ma ben definita e ricca di spunti. Questa serie ora ha pi ù di 20 anni. Io la rivedo ora xke quando è uscita ero piccino :)
