St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony La Russa was arrested in Jupiter, Florida on suspicion of DUI. He pleaded guilty on Nov. 28, 2007.

pathetic of whoever put this out...If he is going to get a DUI for having 2 glasses of wine...than we should arrest bartenders for giving out MORE than one drink per person.
Because you CAN be legally drunk off 2 glasses. Depending on the alcohol content. Wonder how many here has had 2 drinks or more and driven home? I know I have.

Maybe but there's another video of the actual arrest..do a search.. in it, he can't even recite the alphabet. If you're THAT tired, you shouldn't drive either.

Anything YOU SAY AND DO CAN BE HELD AGAIST YOU! Once convicted it is PUBLIC RECORD which implies NOT PRIVATE! THERE IS NO VIDEO THAT CAN BE KEPT PRIVATE hence YOUTUBE. DUI laws are an abomination of OUR freedom. This is the only infraction that you can commit without actually doing ANY harm to ANYONE. Why do we permit them to do this to anyone? Are you going to sit around and wait to get yours? Stop looking the other way when your fellow American is under attack.

For as "bad" as everyone is making this out to be he seems to be in very good control. And I love it because for all the idiots that made it seem he was sloppy drunk this proves he wasn't. It is curious how the police allowed this to get out. Must be a Cubs fan.

Great stuff. Maybe if you had set a better example then one of his players wouldn't have died last spring. Driving isn't a right it is a privledge. We should increase the fines and confisgate his wheels.
There were 16,694 alcohol-related fatalities in 2004 -- 39 percent of the total traffic fatalities for the year.

What a Cardinal season! 1. Pujols cries about not being MVP 2. LaRussa gets a DUI 3. Josh Hancock drives around drunk with a bag of weed in his pocket and kills himself. 4. "The next Babe Ruth", Rick Ankiel, turned out to be an HGH taking cheater. 5. Cardinals have a losing season and have to watch Cubs win division. 6. Because of this, the Cards panic and fire one of the best GMs in baseball.

i love it "what county are you in?" Jupiter Do you know who I am? "I was about to ask that" I work for professional baseball...lol Just leaves it at that. The cop knew VERY well who he was...on top of that .10 used to be the BAC limit until they realized that two beers/wine ect over the course of dinner will put a regular person over .08 which would then in turn allow for them to have more revenue comming in from DUI arrest. .93? .92? I have that after I swish mouthwash in the morning.
