i was gonna save for the gibson les paul but i went to guitar center (aka the best store ever) tried out the gibson and the epiphone i tried the best epiphone vs the standard les paul and there wasnt much of a diffrence so i got the 700 dollar epiphone... just saying maybe u could save some money/time.. ive used mine in a show already and it stood out on stage (because its the costume) and it was the best soudning guitar up there

He's got a really great sound out of everything...As-For the "Slash Sound", in my opinion, the Slash Sound is just the sound that you get from using a good Gibson Les Paul (or really any GOOD Gibson Guitar Really; Flying V, Explorer, SG, ES-335, BB King "Lucille" ES-345; Choose Your Weapon...) combined with using a Good Marshall Stack like a JCM 800 Head or a JCM 900 Head or a 1959SLP Super Lead Plexi Head....

first of all, there are some very wrong things with ur comment. the first being guitar center is the best store ever. ROFL, im sorry, but just because it is the biggest chain doesnt mean its the best. There are tons of better places. and second, Epiphone and Gibson sound nothing alike. there is a reason that Gibson is so expensive (even if they are extremely overpriced). Gibson is 100% made in the USA. Epiphone is made in like Asia. Gibson kicks ass!!!

not really. its original mixed with some half assed cover riffs. Alot of it probably would have sounded better without the wah but i wanted to do solid wah on this one.

hehe that was actually pretty funny. Its force of habbit really. Its not so bad when im on the wah cause its one spot but when im not i have a tendency to walk off screen. Just keeping tabs.
