Incase your wondering, you dont need to put anything special for the name, just put something in there. and also, if it doesnt work, or if it works for a week then stops, here is what you have to do: - You Un-install the program - Then you Re-install it back in - you try another code (any one of

how come when i have that ImToo MPEG Encoder,
my videos dont come out right.
i uploaded a video thats 10 seconds long
to change it into a BMP image file but it doesnt work because it says its 00:00 seconds.
i re-download so now what do i do?
