I'm glad you posted this video. I have a 34 year old girlfriend who will not quit smoking. I doubt sending her this vid will do anything but I can try. I hate to see her killing herself with ever puff. It's so disgusting. Take care.

i don't see why everyone hates cig smoke...i think its alright. yes its kind of gross thinking about them smoking but the smell doesn't bother me. And I think cigar smoke smell kind of good. (no i don't "second hand smoke" on purpose. i caddie so theres always someone smoking a cigar.)

I thanks to my sister have been smoke free since 2-14-08
She can be a pain but she pushed me and pushed me and I did it I feel so much better!! Now I need to stop or slow down on my drinking! I know I should stop but like they say one thing at a time, once I find a new job may be then I can relax and do that for now I am a wreck! my step/grandfather (thats a mouthful) just went through this surgery a week ago. It hurts me to see him all cut up like some damn virginia ham... the pictures are nothing compared to the actual thing... which is why i stopped smoking, as tempting as it is sometimes... i just get a flash of staples all over me and that usually puts out the spark lol.
