Hey rebelcommander, if you like history, watch an old movie called Zulu. It's pretty good and was made in 1964, but I still enjoyed it...

But Darth can do that too, and Luke. They force the force through their arms to their palm and are able to manipulate and move objects or humans in any way they want...
I think the force is alot better because of all the cool stuff you can do like strangle people from across the room, or crush your opponent with a heavy object hanging over them, without even touching or moving anything else but you arm and palm/fist...
