A secret document obtained from inside Bush campaign headquarters in Florida suggests a plan - possibly in violation of US law - to disrupt voting in the state's African-American voting districts, a BBC Newsnight investigation reveals.

The Irony is it looks like the guy finally got to vote, but on a Touchscreen DRE!!! Arghhhhhh! So his vote could have easily gone to /dev/null and there's really no way to prove that it was counted. Therefore he's actually lost his Constitutional right to vote.

The argument would be better made if there wasn't the leap from that email to the presumption of what it's for, calling it the "infamous caging list". That's not established beyond doubt, and it's why other media haven't picked up on it. I'm not politically opposed to the point of this investigation - I'm a progressive - but we have to be careful not to build supposition upon supposition upon scraps of evidence and then claim to have solid evidence of a conspiracy.

It took me a while to digest what I was viewing here... I was actually seeing a real news reporter. We don't have that in America. We have kAtiE; but its very refreshing to see an actually investigative reporter like Palast...
