basically, its about how doctors often are rushed and do not spend the time properly checking their patients. For example, my grandmother had pains but her doctor never scanned her. Three months later she was diagnosed with cancer and it was already in the late stages.

I think on the surface the song is about doctors and their jumping to perscribing pills instead of exploring treatment options. But it is more about the inner pain of somebody that is on the butt end of the incompetent doctors. It is not about doctors but patients.
