Too Black is what alot of white people think when they see a black person who embraces their culture very strongly. Alot of white people prefer a black person to act more stereotypically white and when they are a strong black person who calls out the truth towards racism that still goes on today and embraces their culture, white people say that is acting "too black". It also might be the name of the group of girls in the background of Erica's video. A good strong name for a group in my opinion.
