The incident at Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport just before Carol Ann Gotbaum died on September 28, 2007. CNN report. She was arrested for disorderly conduct after she was refused to board an airplane. She was late at the gate. Police claimed she threw a PDA, nearly hitting a person and was screaming profanities while being arrested. She was taken into custody where she was shackled to a bench. She was found dead moments after the video, apparently with her handcuffs around her neck.
