Captain Skyhook needs to stick to basketball - his books are garbage. I think he is really pretentious for a basket ball player. If I wanted information about world history I would go to a history professor (or several different professors), not "Captain Skyhook." This is a lot like going to Angelina Jolie for information relating to economics and poverty (what does she really know??).

He's a great man with many interests. Personally, I'm really not into basketball, but I've enjoyed seeing Kareem in Bruce Lee movies and Stephen Colbert skits.

who says that professors are the only smart people in their field? People who don't have degrees or a special title can easily know way more shit about history than a history professor....you don't need a degree to be smart, so if he's well educated in a field and wants to write a book then why the fuck not?
