LOA had a different line-up in the mid-90's when this was taped (that's Ruth McArdle ("Lady Galore") on vocals without the hair/makeup/costumes). Plus being an outdoor festival - different venue... daytime... much different vibe than a nightclub. Definitely not a cover band.
