a year to recover..?? man thats too long and too risky.. there are natural ways to grow taller.. through exercises, stretchings diets etc. Thats more safer.. But those who might consider going for the surgery.. I wish them the best of luck and smooth recovery Peace!

In the U.S. it's basicly a big deal if you are a male and short. I guess in China they are more honest about it. But males that are short are discriminated against in the US when it comes to jobs and also its tougher on them socially. If you are a female then you're right it isn't a big deal.

What planet are you on? There are no exercises that will make you taller. What kind of shit you been smoking? Your height is 99.9% genetics. Humans have almost no control over it at all. After the age of 21 you're not going to grow at all anyway, no matter how healthy you eat. Again what the hell have you been smoking???
