molko already denotes his admiration to pj harvey frequently and they both accept each others' musical talents. partially i agree with you, but in music the talent is not everything; brian has the personality that makes his music more attract attention and become peculiar. music doesn't include only music itself.

Surely personality is talent. You start off with talent, work on it and become a competent musician/songwriter. Without talent you would be nothing more than mediocre. Personality does not make music more peculiar, it's either an act that attracts all those iddy biddy fans, or it's a nuance in the voice that lays down on a recording and sets it apart from the rest and makes it sound ghostly or powerful or whatever you're looking for. That's just what I think anyway. Just an opinion.
