His mom wanted the school to reverse expulsion, and a councilman argued on Harris' behalf to have his expulsion reversed. The sc
hool declined to do so. The District Attorney has said that Harris is cooperating with authorities and has given a statement about the attack (the article doesn't say what his statement was). Both will be tried as adults and both are charged with second-degree assault, which carries a maximum s

just because the kid is in a gang doesn't mean punching an old lady in the face is gang related. Unless it was his initation? Anyways, billjesusgates, you're funny. One of the positive influences of education is learning how not to resort to primative violence. These sort of crimes/actions aren't race based, their poverty based. So your stats are still somewhat true, as blacks are the majority number % wise to poverty stricken families.

Stats don't lie, however, they can be molded to fit any scenario. Take Colin Powell for example- Grew up in the slums of S. Bronx, NYC, His parents raised him with strong family values. Powell worked hard, joined the military, put himself through school, and became the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (our nation's highest military post). I made a personal decision never to have children and the reasons were:
1. Humans have lost their way totally and i will not bring a child in this world to be a part of that cycle.
2. I am not in any way financially capable of upbringing a child so i will not allow a child to suffer.
