I think the hardest thing about this dance is the transitions, trying to get back into place for the next set up... from 0:52 to 0:59 the people dancing can't move much since the dance moves are mainly stationary, making it hard to set up for the 'Da-da-da-da-da' part. Also, the main chorus, where every pair save for the four in front get a little part, since they are not moving it makes it difficult to plan a way to line them up for the L-line.

I think the company is different, but they come from the same studio. It would be obvious if it were from Key like Haruhi was.

How so? I'm pretty positive it was from the same studio/company. That's how they got away with referencing Haruhi so much.
Lucky Star was planned to have 24 eps from the beginning. That's the difference between Japanese and American TV- in anime, they don't try and prolong something past its time.
