i agree. But I guess they want Hong Kong to be seen more as a financial centre, shopping hub, fast metropolitan busy city. If you want to learn about the cultural stuff, people can go to China. But it is indeed a pity that huge shopping malls are popping up everywhere. And they're currently building a building thats even taller than ifc, on the Kowloon side. I just hope they will never do that to Lamma Island...I love that place

omg go 2 d top of victoria peak 4 d view, its AMAZING!! visit d maiji shrine where u can get your fortune told. go 2 d mid-levels central where u can take d worlds longest escalator to d top. visit HK disneyland on lantau island, its BRILL!! Repulse bay is great for swimming. take d star ferry to d new terrotories where u can get your hands on sum first class fakes. wan chai is great for shopping. HK is amazing. i lived there for 5 years wit my family cause my father is an ambassoder. Alex age17

Just wondering, how are the girls in Hong Kong? The reason I'm asking is that it seems like 50% of the truly beautiful Asian celebrities come from Hong Kong. For a country with a population of just 7 million, that is a mind-boggling statistics.

And they're not just beautiful, they're like knock your socks off beautiful, beating even the best of Hollywood even. Take a look at the girl on my channel, for example. In addition, look up Gigi Lai, Michelle Reis(wasn't born but grew up there), Gillian Chung, Cecilia Cheung, and Vivian Chow. Keep in mind, this is a country of just 7 million people(and probably a lot less than that when these actresses were born.)

If we could somehow duplicate this living condition to a population that is equal to the U.S, and assume the same ratio, then they would overwhelm even Hollywood! Even now, their number of beaufiful celebrities is still enough to beat China, who other than Zhang Zi Lin and maybe Fan Bing Bing, does not have any other truly beautiful celebrities(Liu Yi Fei is overrated, sorry), despite the fact that China has a ridiculous population of 200 times more.

This tells me that beauty has a lot less to do with race, but more with the economy. And in fact, when it comes to beauty, Asians are not inferior to Whites at all! Heck, if my theory is true and that ratio holds, we may even be superior(due to differences in diet).
