in order to get a 6 pack or abs..you need to do cardio 6 days a week..for instance..run 3 miles on monday..do sprints the next day..go on a bike ride the next, and so forth..mix it up but keep the intensity high. dont worry about the time, just go as fast as you can for as long as you can! remember your abs are already there. doing cardio to trim off the fat will make them visible. ab workouts will take a long time to do that.

I'd keep the intensity high, and only run (jog/sprint/jog/sprint/jog) for about 20 minutes per session. 3x a week and always on the days you don't lift weights.

The reason is because on the days you lift, you want a surplus of about 500 or more calories. Running and lifting on the same days would be counter productive because of all the calories doing both together would burn. If you do want to do cardio, try it after lifting instead of before. Also, running unless at a brisk sprint is catabolic (muscle burning), you want to be in an anabolic state on your lifting days and in general as much as possible when trying to gain mass.

do you think its wrong what i do now, i usually do 3 times per week muscle workouts, en 2 times a week rpm, or spinning, dont know if thats right word in english, y know the intense cycling on the music.
