Mansour is 100% Iranian. He happens to be from Mashad, a northern iranian city, where there are many people who have similar characteristics as he does. In fact, all throughout Iran, one can find many ppl with similar features. having said that, these ppl are not Hazara. Hazara ppl are unique to Afghanistan. Most iranians are Fars=Persian with influences of other ethincities (eg. turk). afghans are NOT persian by ethnicty. they only speak the language Persian.
