Yeah, I keep getting such reactions, y'know, the dark thing... I guess I must have a bit of a dark side, as we all do... sometimes dark is good.. as with chocolate. Green and Black makes a cooking chocolate that is perfectly good for eating plain. try it! Not to get all off topic, but, all roads lead to chocolate.

I'll keep G&B in mind.. though isn't cooking chocolate pretty strong? I generally like 65-70% cocoa. 80 and above become very earthy tasting. Must go digging through the cupboards now for chocolate.

Yeah, it is very strong, notes of coffee bean, minerals, peat bog. 80% or better is a wondrous pure chocolatey experience. Illegal in 11 states... There's one with 87%... that's very special.
