That clip felt like there suddenly a division in the fabric of the universe: adult vs. child.
There's real emotion in Kaufman's best work (what I've seen). Wow.

Yeah in comedy you always have the comedian and the straight guy, that way the comedian seems funnier. Think of the "Who is on first" routine, you have the funny guy giving the answers and the straight man asking them.
