That's the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra an international youth orchestra of a music festival in the north of germany. This was in 1987 (I was member in the violins of the orchestra, the rehearsals with Bernstein are unforgettable moments).

bernsteins such a master. I have the score to this piece and anyone could easily get lost conducting all of the multimetrics and whatnot, but bernstein just seems to have a certain "flow" about it that makes it seem easy.
