Blair may be a bitch but at least she knows it and even when she's popular she still cares about her friends (See her scene with Serena at the end of this epi), when Jenny got popular she acted like she was still the same nice girl and was mean to people who loved her like Dan or used people who genuinley cared for her like Nate
