Then the year of the prophets death SAW it was compiled by Zayed Ibn Thabit, a companion of his. Inshallah, that clears that up.

actually i will correct you . the qura'an was written 1400 years ago.. and if the prophet Mohammed did write the qura'an the i'm sure he wouldn't write anything about the bible in it, something of an another religion don't you think? there is nothing about the prophet's birth , where he was born his loved ones such as the sahaba(his friends) his parents , daughter... etc but would write a whole chapter on the virgin Mary... i rest my case!

If you are a Muslim and I ask you Is Jesus good?, If you say yes, then woudlnt that make him God? Since the bible says "There is no good but God" the meaning of good means sinless so if all prophets were good in your point of view then wouldnt that make them God? If you say no, that means he is sinful and does not make him an Islamic prophet.

Jesus is a prothet of Allah peace be upon him. therefore his going to be good because his the messenger that Allah sent of course Jesus (pbh) is going to be good but that does not make him God. its not that hard to understand. Jesus never claimed his god but the writers of bible did. the poeple who didnt have last names or forget it.

I'm not here to argue brother. We all come from the same God and he has given us guidance, who is right and who is wrong who is going to hell who is going to heaven is the decision of God and God alone. All we know is that Jesus Chris pbuh is a prophet as is Muhammad pbuh, and that no man can ever be God, and I am sure make the effort and study and gain knowledge, you will see this for yourself.

The teachings that were sent to Prophet Moses and Prophet Jesus Peace (PBUT) were not in contrast with Islam. Muslims belive in the ORIGINAL books that were sent & the message in them were submission to one God which is the message of Islam.
There is alot to learn from the life of virgin Mary. If there were chapters on his birth & his companions then some would say, Prophet wanted to make himself & his friends famous that is why there is so much about himself & his companions.

If the speaker will only live with practical reasons, then it's hard for him to know that the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit are just one. It's hard for the speaker to know how Jesus/God ascended to heaven if he only believe that by going upward can only be achieved by using a ladder. Practically, 1+1+1 = 3 but this doesn't apply to the Blessed Trinity.
