Maybe it's symbolic. Pavlov's bell was a psychological experiment which Pavlov managed to get his dogs to associate a bell with food which made them salivate. In the video, she's always shown making a milkshake but in different places - maybe it's symbolising a relationship that went bad (milkshake) and no matter where she tries to make another (multiple places), it always comes out the same. She now associates a relationship with the heartache and can't make it work.
