Didn't take long to see who was right on this one: "Do you see the resumption coming as Mr. Rosen does?" Was the Mahdi army watching?
This is one of those broadcasts where they try to show both sides of the story. So, they invite the co-author of the surge, Kagan, and an independent journalist, ROsen, as if there two points of views were equally valuable. Kagan clearly has a horse in this race. Rosen lived amongst Iraqis for several years, Kagan, because of his appearence, never could.

Agree with Huey. It's now May and violence has resumed as Nir predicted. Kagan is just another surge cheerleader with interest in the promotion of that surge. One question: why are all the rightwing war apologist doughy pantloads?
